For that reason we have developed a portal for the exclusive use of our clients by means of which they can submit support requests to our staff and track the progress of the realization of their requests any time they want.
All the procedures of the support system, along with document management, are defined by the quality systems' ISO 9001:2008 specification. The validity and constant improvements of the system are monitored by the quality certificate issuer - SGS Croatia.
